The Project

The tRACK project, a subsidiary of Kesseböhmer Holding, started with a detailed status quo analysis. As a new brand in the world of designer furniture, tRACK needed to establish itself not only in the B2B but also in the B2C market. Together, we developed a new market entry strategy and rebranded the brand. In addition, we were in charge of creating a new business strategy, including developing and implementing a new website. Since the beginning of the project, we have been responsible for setting up and supporting all digital channels, from search and display advertising to content creation, editorial planning, and influencer marketing on social media. As a result, we continuously increase the brand's awareness, especially in the digital world.

  • Elaboration of a deep dive analysis of the status quo incl. Evaluation of the SEO activity, the market environment as well as a competitive analysis
  • Preparation and execution of a status quo workshop on site followed by debriefing and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Development of a new business strategy for the promotion of brand presence and turnover
  • Derivation of recommendations for the digital presence and redefinition of the optimal customer journey
  • Creation of a content strategy for all social media channels
  • Design and implementation of a new website containing UX/UI consulting and content strategy
  • Development of a data strategy, including the tracking infrastructure as well as the operational performance of the tracking setup
  • Continuous optimization of the websites within the framework of an SEO strategy previously defined by us
  • Conception and development of an independent dealer search with individual features such as data and project management, as well as operative integration of the system within the new website
  • Conception and project management of a new 3D product configurator incl. AR functionality
  • Setup and support of all relevant advertising channels (search, paid social ads, display advertising)
  • Conception and approval of product launch campaigns
  • Concept and operational support of a new social media strategy, including content creation, editorial planning, and cooperation handling
  • Sparring for business development (opening of new showrooms, cooperations, negotiations with business partners)
